Allocating a Mooring / Space

Moorings can be allocated from two different perspectives:
1) you have a boat, now allocate it to a mooring and
2) you have a mooring that you can allocate a boat to.

Allocating a Mooring Given a Boat

When viewing a boat a mooring can be allocated from the home page (on the right) or from the moorings list page.

Click the “Add Allocation” button to reveal the allocation form.

The mooring selection will show moorings that are suitable for the boat based on the boat’s dimensions.

Once the mooring is selected, available dates and related prices will be available on the form.

When all the details have been entered correctly click the “Allocate Mooring” button to make the allocation.

The list of mooring allocations will be summarised in the moorings list for the boat.

Allocate a Mooring to a Boat

An allocation can be made from a specific mooring.

Boats can be searched for by partially typing in the boat name.  Only boats that can be moored at the mooring well be available, based on the mooring’s dimensions.

The related prices for the mooring will have already been available, but the available dates will be updated depending on the boat and the moorings other committments.

When all the details have been entered correctly click the “Allocate Boat” button to make the allocation.

The mooring allocations will show as a summary.

All the allocations for the boat will be summarised on the boat's mooring page.
